Why now

The season is big, and this year it's short.

47%

of annual revenue is what small businesses expect to bring in from holiday sales, according to a QuickBooks holiday survey.

27 days

is all that sits between Small Business Saturday on November 28 and Christmas this year, as Main Street America points out.

October

is when big retailers start their sales to pull holiday spending forward, per ARF Financial. A plan made in mid-November is already late.

You don't need a marketing agency.

Or a three-month retainer.

You need one focused day with someone who will make the decisions with you and then execute.

What you get

Everything you need to run the season, ready to use.

All files are delivered in a shared Google Drive folder at the end of the day.

  1. One holiday offer

A clear, priced promotion, plus a Small Business Saturday hook.

  2. A promotion calendar

Mid-November through December 31: Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, last-ship dates, and last-minute gift cards.

  3. Five emails

Early access, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, last chance to ship, and last-minute gift cards.

  4. Eight social captions

Written to match your calendar, ready to post.

  5. Google Business Profile copy

Holiday hours, one offer post, and one event post.

  6. In-store copy

A counter sign and a receipt or bag insert.

  7. A one-page results tracker

So you know what worked, and can do it again next year.

How the day works

One form, one call, one finished plan.

  1. Before

    Intake form

You fill out a short form at least three business days ahead. I spend an hour reviewing it.

  2. 90 min

    Kickoff on Zoom

We choose your offer, your dates, and your message together.

  3. 5 hrs

    I build it

While you run your business, I write the calendar, emails, posts, and signs.

  4. 30 min

    Handoff

We walk through everything, and I make one round of small edits.

Who it's for

Independent shops with a busy season ahead.

  • Boutiques and gift shops
  • Bakeries, cafés, and specialty food
  • Salons, spas, and wellness studios
  • Fitness and yoga studios
  • Bookstores, galleries, and makers

Good to know

  • One business and one main offer per day.
  • Seven days of written support after your day.
  • Not included: design, photography, ad management, or email software setup.

Book your day

Six days are available this season, delivered October 30–November 14.

That leaves you time to set things up before your promotion starts on November 16. This is a founding rate for the first six businesses while I gather results and feedback. Payment of $724 is due in full when you book. Cancellations within five days of your day are non-refundable, but your payment can go toward a Story Twenty-Four service of equal value through March 31, 2027.

$724

One day. 8 hours. Everything written.

Booking closes November 11, or when the six days are gone.

Questions

Do I need to be on the call all day?

No. You're on Zoom for the 90-minute kickoff and the 30-minute handoff. I do the writing in between.

What if I don't have an email list?

That's fine. The social posts, Google Business Profile copy, and in-store pieces work on their own, and we can focus your offer on capturing emails this season.

Will you send the emails or post for me?

No. You get finished copy that is ready to paste into the tools you already use. Software setup and ad management aren't included.

What happens after my day?

You get seven days of written support for questions, plus a short check-in in January to review your results tracker.
